All employment benefits expire 31 December of the year.
Team Cohesion — each quarter's amount must be claimed within that quarter; it is not accumulated or carried forward, and is forfeited if unclaimed.
Calculation Note
Completed months of service = months you qualify for under the eligibility rule: your start month counts only if you joined on the 1st–15th (otherwise counting begins the next month), and your end month counts only if your end date is after the 15th (otherwise that month is excluded). This single rule is used to calculate Annual Leave, Medical/Wellness/Dental, and Team Cohesion alike.
Annual Leave is pro-rated as: full annual entitlement ÷ 12 × qualifying months, rounded up to the nearest 0.5 day.
Medical, Wellness & Dental benefits are pro-rated as: full annual amount ÷ 12 × qualifying months.
Team Cohesion pays the full quarterly amount for any calendar quarter (Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun, Jul–Sep, Oct–Dec) you have qualifying service in. Each quarter's amount must be claimed within that quarter — unclaimed amounts are forfeited and not carried forward or summed into a yearly total.
Employees with fewer than 3 completed months of service are not yet eligible for Annual Leave or any Employment Benefits.
